Your ideas are documented in concept drawings with mid-level construction costs so you have all the information you need to move ahead with the next stage of your build.

Preliminary Building Agreement Proposal
If after our initial chat we are a good fit for each other and you are ready to begin building, we will propose a prelim service package tailored specifically to you and your unique build. This next step allows us to explore the building possibilities for your home.

Final Design and Fixed Price Contract
Final Design and Fixed Price Contract
Concept designs are refined into working drawings with input from external consultants (e.g. soil
testing and engineering). A building contract that includes all specifications and selections is signed.
