Having professional consultancy and contracting experience of over 20 years, as a professional engineer lead my team with a vision, passion and planning. I coordinate and exercise specialized project management techniques to oversee the planning, design and construction of a variety of projects, from the beginning till the end.
During the onsite supervision, I always target the highest level of finish and comfort, cost effectiveness, reliability and fast track construction with no compromises on safety. The objective is to keep the client fully informed with the performance on site getting houses built on time and to budget.

I’ve always been a big believer of providing great service and a quality product. I joined Sydney Designer Homes because I saw the need for a service that walks clients through the frustrations and unknowns to create a high-quality build that will stand out from the rest.
Working with people just like you helped me realise that building a new home or renovating your existing home should be an exciting experience but in reality, building can be a daunting practice. My role is to help guide and support you through the process.
At Sydney Designer Homes, we understand how to work to a budget and think creatively to minimise it. My experience in construction has provided me a network of quality trades people and building suppliers to ensure you get the very best. My strong belief is that communication and collaboration are the keys to an efficient and effective build process.
My passion is property and development. I worked in real estate and attained my real estate licence to broaden my knowledge of the industry. Whether building your dream home, renovating or building an investment, I can provide some guidance around the market and how to avoid over capitalising. Project Manager
David brings to the team a unique blend of project skills and experience with a background of property development strategy, building design, engineering and project management. His knowledge in the market provides a ‘big picture’ view for clients, coupled with an aesthetic eye and focus on detail.
David has developed luxury residential apartment complexes, designed new homes with record breaking sales and overseen numerous residential extensions / renovations. Sydney Designer Homes corporate mission reflects David’s client service focus, creative abilities and professional drive for excellence.
